About me...
I’m a Wellbeing & Movement Specialist, and the founder of Holistic Movement Motivation.
Since 2008, I’ve been on a conscious path of personal and professional development in wellbeing, movement, and human behavior. My work is shaped by extensive education, long-term mentorship, and lived experience.

I understand that change is rarely simple or comfortable. Sustainable wellbeing requires responsibility, patience, and a realistic approach.
​
I don’t aim to fix or rescue people. My role is to guide, support, and provide structure — so individuals can reconnect with their bodies and build habits that last.
​
I continue to work with my own teachers and coaches, because this path is ongoing.
