Embodied Sound for Nervous System Regulation & Deep Rest

”As a certified Gong Master, I offer regular gong baths and sound-based sessions that support regulation, recovery, and deeper body awareness.
These sessions are experiential.
There is nothing to achieve — only to experience.”
What Is a Gong Bath?
A gong bath is a guided sound experience where participants lie down or sit comfortably while being immersed in layered gong frequencies and overtones.
The sound is not music in the traditional sense.
It works through vibration — interacting directly with the nervous system and body.
Many people describe the experience as:
-
Deeply relaxing
-
Grounding
-
Meditative without effort
-
Restorative on a physical and emotional level
You do not need prior experience with meditation or sound work.
Why Sound & Gong Work?
In modern life, stress accumulates not only mentally, but physically.

This work complements movement and lifestyle coaching by addressing the body directly — without analysis or performance.
