What Is a Gong Bath?

A gong bath is a guided sound experience where participants lie down or sit comfortably while being immersed in layered gong frequencies and overtones.

The sound is not music in the traditional sense.
It works through vibration — interacting directly with the nervous system and body.

Many people describe the experience as:

  • Grounding

  • Meditative without effort

  • Restorative on a physical and emotional level

You do not need prior experience with meditation or sound work.

You remain lying down or sitting throughout the session.
